This section presents your meal plan, your food options and the nutrient calculations associated with your choices. Here you can modify the components of your meal plan to suit your daily preferences.
Training section
You can consult the training plan drawn up by your private trainer in this part of the fitness tracking application, which also allows you to modify it to suit your day.
Any changes will update your statistics in real time, allowing you to track your progress on a daily basis. You can also enter your loads in memory and modify them.

This is where all your statistics are displayed. You can consult them at your leisure, and even share them with your friends or training partners! Connecting to Body-Apte allows you to see your progress and results at a glance, thanks to a 3D display of your body composition.
