  • Yes, but you'll need to register online to obtain a QR code that will allow you to open the door and access the gym.

  • Are there any hidden charges in my subscription?

  • No, there are no hidden fees, only the monthly rate.

  • Is sauna access included in the membership?

  • Yes, access to the infrared sauna.

  • Are there any free trials?

  • No, but you can take a 24-hour access, which allows you to do two workouts.

  • Is the APTE TO GO store open 24 hours a day?

  • Yes, the store is open to all during the day and overnight for our members.

  • What's in the store?

  • Supplements, training accessories, meals, drinks, snacks and more!

  • How does the APTE TO GO smart store work?

  • Download our app, register a valid payment method, scan your QR code (or credit card) at the boutique entrance, choose your items and walk out with your products. The store's innovative technology tracks every move to avoid mistakes. You'll receive the invoice on your phone and payment will be processed automatically.

  • Can I follow up with a coach without having a gym membership?

  • Yes, you can benefit from coaching even without a gym membership. Our coaching services are available independently of gym membership. This allows you to benefit from the expertise of our coaches to achieve your personal goals, whether you are a member or not. For more information, please contact our team or visit our website.

  • How do I book a service or follow-up with a coach?

  • Directly on our registration terminal or via our web contact form. Our team will contact you shortly.

  • Because of my busy schedule, I can't train two hours a day. Is this frequency necessary to reach my goals?

  • Not at all. With our personalized plans, we'll work with you to establish the training frequency that's right for your schedule and lifestyle. On average, our customers get 2 to 5 hours of physical activity per week, with maximum results!

  • Will I have to follow a strict eating plan and eat the same foods every day?

  • The recommended eating plan really depends on the individual, but a strict diet is generally not required. The majority of our clients have plenty of variety and freedom in their diet. The key to lasting results is that your plan suits you in every way, which we make sure to plan for you.

  • What can I do if my motivation wanes along the way?

  • Will I have to take a lot of supplements?
